If you need a MIAM certificate for a C100 form or a Form A financial application, an online sole MIAM is fully valid. Your certificate is emailed to you within 24 hours of the session.
This is often the fastest option for parents with urgent court deadlines who cannot wait for an in-person appointment.
If both parents agree to mediate, we can conduct joint sessions online just as we would in person. I manage the conversation, ensure both voices are heard, and help you work towards a written agreement.
